We are now looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Head who can lead marketing across multiple ventures and build scalable, high-impact brand ecosystems.
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced marketer who understands both brand building and performance growth. This role requires someone who can think strategically, move fast, manage multiple business verticals simultaneously, and bring fresh, modern marketing perspectives to the table.
You will work closely with leadership teams, business heads, creative teams, agencies, and stakeholders to shape brand direction, drive growth strategies, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all ventures.
This is not a conventional marketing role. We are looking for someone who can act as a business-minded marketing leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple ventures aligned with overall business goals
- Lead brand positioning and maintain consistent brand guardrails across all platforms and communications
- Drive performance marketing initiatives including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and business growth
- Approve and oversee all marketing content, creatives, campaigns, and communication strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and function heads to ensure high-quality and timely execution
- Analyze campaign performance, conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and other key marketing metrics to drive data-backed decisions
- Build and execute innovative growth strategies to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and customer retention
- Manage stakeholder relationships, external collaborations, and strategic brand partnerships
- Bring fresh marketing perspectives, identify emerging trends, and create scalable growth opportunities across all ventures
Requirements: We are looking for someone who has -
- Work Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles. Min 3 years of D2C brand experience
- Portfolio showcasing strategic campaign thinking and exceptional design execution across multiple brands
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media strategies
- Healthcare, wellness, pharma, or D2C brand experience preferred.
