Marketing Head – Real Estate (Traditional Marketing)

About the Role
Olive Builders is looking for a dynamic Marketing Head to lead and manage traditional marketing activities for our residential projects. The role will be based in Kochi and will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for projects across Kerala.
The ideal candidate will drive offline marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, attract potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies for residential project promotions across Kerala.
- Plan and manage offline marketing campaigns including newspaper advertisements, print media, hoardings, outdoor branding, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate project promotions, property exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events across different locations in Kerala.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, standees, and project branding materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and project promotion activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and visibility across all traditional marketing platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of traditional / offline marketing strategies.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and planning skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
