Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to lead our marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing the marketing team, driving customer engagement, and executing campaigns that support business growth across multiple restaurant brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, influencer, PR, and offline campaigns.
- Manage new restaurant launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing events.
- Work closely with Operations, Culinary, HR, and Sales teams to support business objectives.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Proven experience in a Marketing Head or senior marketing leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality, or QSR industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, PR, and campaign management.
- Experience in managing multiple brands or restaurant outlets is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
