We're building the go-to platform for enterprises deploying AI agents — helping CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Operations leaders move from AI experimentation to production-grade automation.
We have early traction and strong technical credibility. What we don't have yet is a repeatable marketing engine.
That's what you'll build.
This is a player-coach role - you'll set the strategy AND execute it yourself. No team under you on day one, but you'll have contractor budget and a CTO ready to be a thought leadership asset.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
→ Define positioning, messaging, and ICP in a noisy AI market
→ Build demand gen from near-zero: content, SEO, LinkedIn, targeted paid
→ Turn our CTO's expertise into a thought leadership program that drives inbound
→ Own the full funnel: awareness → qualified pipeline handoff to Sales
→ Produce high-quality content (blog, case studies, webinars, LinkedIn) - you must be able to write
→ Build and own the marketing stack: CRM, analytics, attribution, email automation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ 5+ years B2B SaaS marketing, 2+ years at early-stage (Seed–Series A)
→ Experience marketing to technical buyers - CTOs, VP Eng, Head of Ops
→ Strong writer who can explain AI/automation to both technical and business audiences
→ You've built pipeline from scratch - not just scaled an existing engine
→ Genuine fluency in the AI/LLM/agent space
→ Data-driven, pragmatic, bias toward action over perfect planning
