BeNative Ventures (Tots & Moms) is looking for a Marketing Head – Performance & Growth who can take complete ownership of driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on performance marketing, SEO, and scalable growth.
You will also be directly responsible for driving sales growth on our own website and our retail stores, ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.
What You Will Own
You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing growth, with a strong focus on performance and measurable outcomes across digital channels, our website, and physical stores.
Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility)
• Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage budgets efficiently to achieve strong ROAS and CAC targets
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, not just traffic
Website & Store Sales Growth
• Drive revenue growth on the company website through performance marketing and conversion optimization
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase footfall and sales in physical retail stores
• Align marketing campaigns with store promotions, launches, and seasonal demand
• Ensure strong integration between online marketing and offline sales outcomes
SEO & Organic Growth
• Build and execute a strong SEO strategy (on-page + off-page)
• Improve rankings for high-intent keywords related to kids nutrition and wellness
• Optimize website structure, content, and blogs for organic growth
• Drive long-term traffic through content and search visibility
Website & Conversion Optimization (CRO)
• Improve website conversion rates through better UX, content, and funnel optimization
• Work on landing pages, product pages, and checkout flow
• Reduce drop-offs and improve customer journey
Content & Creative Direction
• Guide the content team on ad creatives, hooks, messaging, and storytelling
• Ensure all creatives are aligned with performance goals
• Continuously test new formats for better engagement and conversion
Marketplace & Growth Alignment
• Work closely with the ecommerce team to support Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce growth
• Plan platform-specific campaigns and visibility strategies
• Align marketing efforts with overall sales goals
Data, Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics
• Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights
• Take data-driven decisions to improve performance
Retention & Customer Lifecycle Marketing
• Build strategies for repeat purchases and customer retention
• Work on email, WhatsApp, and CRM marketing flows
• Increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
This Role is for Someone Who
• Thinks in numbers, growth, and revenue
• Is hands-on with ads and execution, not just strategy
• Has experience scaling D2C or FMCG brands
• Takes ownership and accountability for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth roles
• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Proven experience in D2C / FMCG Ecommerce
• Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital funnels
• Strong analytical and execution skills

Compensation
Up to ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum (based on experience and capability)
Great Performance-based incentives linked to sales growth across website and retail stores

High performers will have strong upside through incentives based on measurable results
