📍 Opportunity with Cadila Pharmaceuticals
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Leader to head the Critical Care Therapy portfolio.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute robust marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Analyze market and IPM data to identify growth opportunities
• Manage brand lifecycle and drive portfolio growth
• Build and engage Key Opinion Leaders (20–25 KOLs)
• Lead and mentor Therapy Heads and Product Managers
• Support field force with strategic guidance and training
• Ensure effective budget utilization and ROI-driven marketing initiatives
