Aayta is hiring: Marketing & Growth Lead
Aayta is a weaver-to-consumer premium handloom house, bringing India's finest handwoven textiles — and the stories behind them — to a modern audience.
We're looking for our founding Marketing & Growth Lead to own how the brand grows: brand, content, social, performance and on-ground. A full-ownership, founding-team role — you build the marketing function from the ground up, working directly with the founders.
What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years across both brand and performance marketing (Meta/Google ads and organic)
- Equally strong on creative/content and paid acquisition
- A sharp aesthetic and a feel for premium, culturally-rooted brands
- Someone who has built in an early-stage team, added advantage
