Role Description – Marketing Growth Executive (Internship | Hybrid)MecSpot is looking for a Marketing Growth Executive Intern for a 6-month full-time hybrid internship based in Singarayakonda, with flexibility for partial remote work.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth across key business verticals by identifying opportunities, executing strategies, and optimizing performance across marketing and sales channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Your day-to-day work will involve analyzing market trends, running growth experiments, improving campaign performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and execute growth opportunities across marketing and business channels
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and campaign performance
- Plan and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement
- Optimize marketing funnels, conversion rates, and sales processes
- Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to drive growth initiatives
- Manage and track performance of campaigns and growth experiments
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to scaling business operations through data-driven decisions
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder interaction
- Understanding of growth hacking strategies and performance marketing concepts
- Basic experience or interest in sales and business development
- Knowledge of project management and execution of growth initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with the spare parts or logistics industry is a plus
