Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate who will take ownership of our marketing efforts along with driving lead generation.
This is a highly execution-driven and performance-oriented role — ideal for someone who can plan, create, and execute marketing initiatives, while also generating leads and initiating conversations with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Core Responsibility)
• Drive aggressive lead generation through multiple channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, databases, referrals, campaigns)
• Identify and reach out to prospective schools and institutions
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
• Take ownership of lead numbers and outreach efforts
Marketing Ownership
• Own and manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, emailers)
• Work on brand messaging and positioning
• Coordinate with the team to execute campaigns end-to-end
Lead Engagement & Sales Support
• Initiate first-level conversations with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand requirements and qualify leads
• Support in pitching services to schools and institutions
• Assist in scheduling meetings and sharing proposals
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions
Client & Relationship Management
• Manage client queries and ensure timely communication
• Maintain a structured database of leads and interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and partners
Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update lead databases (CRM/Excel) with accuracy
• Track daily outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
• Ensure proper data logging and hygiene across all platforms
• Share regular reports on leads, conversions, and campaign performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep data aligned and updated
Market Insights & Performance Tracking
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve outreach and engagement
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English and Hindi)
• Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups
• Good content sense and basic design understanding (Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
• Proactive, execution-focused mindset with high ownership
Important Note
This is a target-driven role where consistent lead generation is critical. If lead flow is low, it directly impacts performance expectations.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and ownership — a doer who can both generate demand and help convert it.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
