About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation. You will work closely with the marketing team to design engaging creatives for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create marketing materials such as banners, posters, and digital ads
Assist in developing brand visuals and maintaining brand consistency
Work on campaign creatives, reels covers, and promotional content
Collaborate with the marketing team for content ideas and execution
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery
Stay updated with design trends and social media aesthetics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva
Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout)
Portfolio showcasing creative work (academic or freelance projects)
Basic knowledge of social media content and branding
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects)
Understanding of reels, short-form video content, and trend
