Marketing & Graphic Design Manager – Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing & Graphic Design Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s visual identity and communication strategy. You will work closely with CXOs to align branding and marketing efforts with business goals, while ensuring high-quality design, content, and digital presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- CXO Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with CXOs to understand business vision and translate it into effective marketing and branding initiatives
- Support leadership in presentations, pitches, and strategic communication materials
- Branding & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all channels
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and company positioning
- Marketing Collateral Development
- Design and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, proposals, and company profiles
- Ensure high-quality, visually appealing, and impactful communication assets
- Website Management
- Oversee website design, content, and updates
- Ensure the website reflects the brand identity and delivers a seamless user experience
- Content Creation & Management
- Create, refine, and manage content for marketing materials, website, and social media
- Maintain clarity, tone, and consistency in all written communication
- Proofreading & Quality Control
- Review and proofread all content and design outputs for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency
- Ensure error-free and professional communication across all platforms
- Graphic Design & Creative Direction
- Lead the design and development of graphics for digital and print platforms
- Provide creative direction and ensure high standards in all visual outputs
- Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Manage content calendars, creatives, and engagement across platforms
