T-Works, a Government of Telangana initiative, is India's Manufacturing Innovation Incubation Cell and largest prototyping centre. As a Manufacturing Knowledge Partner to incubators and startups nationwide, T-Works bridges the gap between ideas and market-ready products through world-class prototyping, design, and manufacturing support.
The Role T-Works is a story-rich environment, prototypes in progress, founders building hardware, students engaging with advanced manufacturing for the first time, and corporate teams working alongside makers. We are looking for a Marketing Generalist & Content Creator to document this work and lead our day-to-day marketing efforts.
This is a hands-on, generalist role. You will own our social channels, create the content that goes on them, and support the broader marketing function, from podcast production to event coverage to community engagement.
What you'll do
- Own LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, shoot, edit, write, and post
- Capture content on the floor: builds, member spotlights, workshops, demo days
- Run communities channels
Who we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience, with a portfolio that proves you can create, a personal LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or Substack matters more than your CV
- Ability to shoot and edit on a phone, write with a distinct voice, and conduct interviews with ease
- Comfortable being on camera
- Genuine interest in startups, hardware, and how things are built
- Self-directed and able to operate with minimal supervision
