Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Generalist.
You will work directly with the founder and be involved in end-to-end marketing execution — from content creation to social media management and daily operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing and is ready to take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Write engaging and high-performing LinkedIn posts
• Create social media creatives using Canva
• Manage and grow Instagram pages
• Assist in content planning & execution
• Support in day-to-day marketing & operational tasks
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and content quality
Qualifications / Skills Required
• Good understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Canva / design tools
• Strong English communication skills
• Consistent, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to take ownership and execute independently
Preferred Candidate
• Civil Engineer (Fresher preferred)
• Experience: 0–1 year
