About the Role:
If you’re someone who enjoys working across retention, content, SEO, and performance marketing, this role gives you end-to-end exposure to how marketing drives growth.
This is a high-ownership, execution-first role where you’ll work on real campaigns, track performance, and directly impact user engagement and retention.
What You’ll Do:
•Execute and optimise campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention
• Manage retention campaigns across email, push notifications, and CRM platforms
• Analyse user behaviour and campaign data to improve repeat usage
• Work on SEO — keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content improvements
• Collaborate with content teams to align blogs and website content with SEO goals
• Create content for campaigns, landing pages, and social media
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives
• Monitor and optimise paid campaigns based on key metrics (CTR, CAC, conversions)
• Track performance and share insights to improve campaign outcomes
• Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing (growth, content, performance, or CRM)
• Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and retention marketing
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM tools, or ad platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute independently
