Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Expert (Contract) to lead the go-to-market and launch execution for NuePrism, an Execution Verdict System for engineering organizations.
This is not a strategy-only role. You will own execution end-to-end—from positioning to pipeline generation.
Engagement Type
- Contract: 3–6 months (extendable based on outcomes)
- Mode: Remote / Hybrid (India-focused market)

What You’ll Own (Outcomes First)
1. Product Launch Execution- Define and execute clear GTM strategy for India and adjacent markets
- Craft positioning that differentiates from tools like dashboards/analytics platforms
- Build launch narrative (problem → insight → differentiation → proof)
2. Demand Generation- Drive qualified pipeline (not vanity metrics)
- Own:
- LinkedIn campaigns (organic + outbound)
- Founder-led marketing amplification
- Targeted account outreach (ICP-driven)
3. Messaging & Content- Translate product capabilities into sharp, outcome-driven messaging
- Create:
- Landing page improvements
- Demo narratives
- Case-led content (e.g., predictability improvement stories)
- Sales enablement assets
4. ICP & Channel Focus- Define and validate ICP:
- Engineering leaders (Directors, VPs, RTEs)
- Mid-to-large product organizations
- Identify high-conversion channels (not spray-and-pray)
5. Sales Alignment- Work closely with founders to:
- Improve demo conversion
- Refine pitch based on market feedback
- Tighten feedback loop from leads → messaging
Expected Deliverables (First 60–90 Days)
- Clear GTM strategy document
- Refined positioning & messaging framework
- 2–3 high-performing acquisition channels
- LinkedIn + outbound engine live
- Demo pipeline with qualified leads
- Conversion benchmarks (MQL → SQL → Demo)
Must-Have Experience- 5–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven experience in product launches (0→1 or early-stage scaling)
- Strong understanding of:
- GTM strategy
- Demand generation
- Founder-led marketing
- Experience targeting:
- Engineering / Product / Delivery leaders (preferred)
Nice-to-Have- Experience with DevTools / Engineering Intelligence / Agile ecosystem
- Prior work with early-stage startups
- Ability to work with ambiguity and iterate fast
