Role Description
Plan and execute marketing activities for Mindray Ultrasound products across the UMS territory.
Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with existing customers (Radiologists, Gynecologists, Hospitals & Diagnostic Centers).
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, events, and referrals.
Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and CMEs in collaboration with the sales & application team.
Support the sales team in closing deals by providing marketing insights and customer engagement strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Maintain regular follow-ups with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist in planning promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and brand visibility initiatives.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, lead conversion, and account performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to develop and execute strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus
