Chillax Holiday is looking for a sharp, aggressive, and well-spoken, Marketing Executive - MICE . You will be the face of our company to the corporate world. Your goal is simple: Identify, Pitch, and Close. This is a high-reward, target-driven role for someone who thrives on building a business from the ground up and enjoys the fast-paced nature of the Corporate Travel and MICE industry.
Core Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Generate new B2B sales leads for corporate offsites, conferences, and group travel.
Corporate Tie-ups: Approach Marketing/HR/Admin departments of SMEs and Large Corporates to sign them as preferred travel partners.
Proposal Drafting: Create customized travel itineraries and cost-effective quotations that beat the competition.
Brand Marketing: Assist in local marketing campaigns and digital outreach to improve brand visibility among corporate decision-makers.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs to drive company profitability.
Candidate Profile
Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Sales DNA: You don't just "talk" to people; you know how to handle objections and close a deal.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and LinkedIn for lead prospecting.
- Experience: Previous experience in Corporate Travel Sales, Corporate Hotels Sales, or MICE Sales is highly preferred as these are target-heavy backgrounds.
