Job Description: Marketing Executive
We are looking for a creative, high-energy Marketing Executive with 3 - 4 years of experience to join our team. This is a 360-degree digital role with a massive emphasis on B2C engagement and video-led growth.
If you know how to stop a scroll on Instagram and understand how to leverage YouTube to build a brand, this is for you. We want someone who understands consumer behavior, trends, and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Impact Video Advertising (YouTube Focus)● YouTube First: Manage and optimize YouTube ad campaigns (Shorts ads, skippable in-stream, and discovery) to drive brand awareness and consumer action.
● Google Ads: Handle B2C-focused Search and Display campaigns to capture existing demand.
● Creative Iteration: Analyze video retention graphs to suggest edits for better "hooks" and "call-to-actions."
2. Paid & Organic Social (Meta & Instagram)● Meta Ads: Run performance-oriented campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a heavy focus on Reels and Stories.
● Community Building: Manage our organic presence on Instagram and Facebook—engaging with followers, responding to comments, and keeping the brand "human."
● Trend Jacking: Quickly adapt viral trends, sounds, and formats to fit our brand voice.
3. LinkedIn & Brand Presence● Brand Authority: Maintain our LinkedIn presence with a focus on brand storytelling and company updates (no cold lead-gen required).
● Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure our visual identity and tone of voice are seamless across all touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
3 – 4 years in B2C digital marketing or social media management.
YouTube Ads
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Video campaigns is mandatory.
Paid Social
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
B2C Intuition
A deep understanding of what makes consumers click, share, and buy.
Technical
Familiarity with tracking pixels, conversion events, and GA4.
Creative Tools
Basic video editing and design (Canva) skills are a major plus.
