As we continue to grow our brand presence and retailer ecosystem, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive - Loyalty Program to support and strengthen our marketing and growth initiatives.
📌 Role: Marketing Executive - Loyalty Program | 📍 Location: Dehradun | 🕐 Type: Full-Time
Role Description:
- Manage and enhance the mall's customer loyalty program to drive repeat footfall & engagement.
- Develop targeted campaigns and personalised offers for loyalty members.
- Analyse customer data and program performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with retail tenants for loyalty tie-ups, rewards & joint promotions.
- Handle member communication across digital and on-ground channels.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in Marketing / Graduate with relevant experience from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in n Loyalty Program Management or CRM-related roles.
- Prior experience in the Mall, Retail, or Hospitality sector will only be given preference.
- Strong analytical, communication & customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven marketing practices.
