Job Description – Marketing Executive (Inside Sales)

Role Objective
The Executive will be the first point of contact for all potential B2B leads (Schools/Institutes) generated through our digital performance marketing campaigns. Your goal is to convert "interest" into "intent" by calling and qualifying leads and seamlessly transitioning them to the regional sales teams for demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Swiftly respond to inbound leads from Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn ads. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the school’s current digital infrastructure and pain points.
- Product Briefing: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products
- Stakeholder Mapping: Identify key decision-makers within the school hierarchy and gauge their budgets and implementation timelines.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule high-quality product demos or physical site visits for the Sales Managers.
- CRM Management: Maintain 100% data hygiene by updating lead status, call notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM (Zoho).
- Feedback Loop: Provide weekly insights to the Performance Marketing team on lead quality to help optimize ad targeting.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Customer Success (EdTech experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi/Gujarati.
- Skillset: Ability to handle objections gracefully and a "persistent but polite" follow-up technique.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools like Zoho and scheduling via Google Calendar/Microsoft Teams.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
