Role Description
Haritujjala Solar Energy OPC Private Limited is hiring a Marketing Executive for promoting and onboarding customers for Rooftop Solar Power Plants under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme in Sikar district, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and onboard customers for rooftop solar installations
- Visit residential colonies and nearby areas for marketing activities
- Explain solar system benefits, costs, and government subsidy schemes
- Resolve customer queries confidently and professionally
- Assist customers in documentation and onboarding process
- Promote company-approved marketing content
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the company as per requirement

Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of solar systems (preferred; training can be provided)
- Ability to travel within Sikar city and nearby areas
- Having a motorbike with a valid driving license is a plus point (not mandatory)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable with field work and direct customer interaction
