Position: Marketing Executive (Healthcare Recruitment Lead Generation)
Organization: Medico Hub (Upcoming Office – Hyderabad)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Executive whose primary role is to generate hiring requirements (leads) from hospitals and CBSE/ICSE schools. The candidate will focus only on client acquisition and requirement collection, while deal closure and recruitment fulfillment will be handled by the Head Office (Delhi).
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Hospitals):
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres
- Identify and collect doctor and healthcare staff hiring requirements
- Build relationships with hospital management and HR teams
- Share verified requirements with Head Office (Delhi)
School Tie-ups (CBSE & ICSE Schools)
- Visit CBSE & ICSE schools for healthcare service opportunities
- Identify schools requiring Medical Room Setup
- Collect requirements for MBBS Doctors and Staff Nurses deployment
- Coordinate with school authorities and pass leads to Head Office
Field Work & Marketing
- Conduct regular field visits for networking and business development
- Promote Medico Hub services in assigned territory
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of active leads
Coordination & Reporting
- Share daily/weekly reports of client visits and requirements
- Ensure accurate information collection before forwarding to Head Office
- Maintain database of hospitals and schools
Qualification
- MBA / Graduate (Marketing / HR preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years in Marketing / Field Sales / Healthcare industry preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

- Basic computer knowledge for reporting
Job Type: Full Time (Field Role)
Salary: Best in the industry (Fixed + Incentives on lead generation)
