Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive (Field) to promote and onboard merchants for our payment gateway services. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, merchant acquisition, and relationship management to increase market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential merchants (retailers, e-commerce businesses, service providers, etc.).
Promote payment gateway solutions and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Onboard new merchants and assist in documentation & KYC process.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth integration and activation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with merchants for relationship management.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (preferably fintech or payment gateway).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital payments, UPI, POS, and online payment systems.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
