Role: Marketing Executive (Field Sales)
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Marketing Executives who are comfortable working in the field and interacting with local businesses daily.
This is a pure field role where you will actively meet shop owners, build relationships, and onboard businesses onto The Local Street platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard local shops, retailers, restaurants, and service providers onto The Local Street app
- Visit markets and business areas daily to introduce and promote the platform
- Communicate offers and benefits clearly to business owners
- Maintain strong working relationships with local vendors
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order handling
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets
Requirements
- Must have a 2-wheeler (mandatory for the role)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable with daily field work and market visits
- Prior field sales / merchant onboarding experience preferred
- Candidates with experience in merchant acquisition, vendor onboarding, FMCG sales, or payment platforms will be preferred
- Candidates who have previously worked in field merchant acquisition roles with companies such as PhonePe, Paytm, or similar platforms will be given preference
- Willingness to serve probation period if selected
