About Us
The Learning Squad is the educational travel division of Squad Tours, dedicated to creating meaningful experiential learning journeys for schools across India. We partner with educational institutions to design safe, engaging, and impactful educational tours that help students learn beyond the classroom.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive who can help build our brand, generate awareness, and support our sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with schools, schedule meetings, and present our educational travel programs.
- Generate and nurture leads through school visits, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with school leaders and develop long-term partnerships.
- Understand school requirements and prepare customized tour proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for planning, quotations, and seamless tour execution.
- Accompany educational tours when required and ensure a smooth on-ground experience.
- Maintain sales records, follow-ups, and coordinate with operations and accounts.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience in business development, sales, or the education/travel industry is preferred.
