Phonaura Hearing Clinic is looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized Marketing Executive cum Front Office Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling front office operations, attending calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming patients, maintaining records, and coordinating follow-ups. The role also includes supporting clinic marketing activities, visiting doctors and clinics for referral marketing, managing patient communication, and assisting with basic social media and promotional activities. Candidates with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude are preferred. Previous experience in marketing or front office work is an advantage; however, freshers who are confident and willing to learn are also encouraged to apply. A two-wheeler and driving license will be preferred for marketing-related activities.
