Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field – B2B Solar)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Industry: Solar Power (C&I – Rooftop & Ground Mounted)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Role Overview :-
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment through field-based and direct marketing activities. The role focuses on on-ground outreach, relationship building, and multi-channel lead generation to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Generate leads through field marketing and direct industrial visits (door-to-door outreach)
- Identify and target commercial and industrial clients for solar solutions
- Execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for lead generation and follow-ups
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to build pipeline
- Develop and manage channel partners and referral networks
- Leverage personal connections and networking for business opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into qualified prospects
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and proposal discussions
- Maintain lead data, reports, and daily activity tracking
Requirements :-
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing / B2B lead generation (solar industry preferred)
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Strong experience in commercial & industrial outreach
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication, convincing, and networking skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel
- Basic knowledge of solar solutions and client requirements (preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
