Job description: Marketing Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 29
Work Schedule: 6 Days onsite
Salary Range: 4–6 LPA

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to drive end-to-end 360° marketing execution across campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives. This role will work closely with the Marketing Head to execute campaigns across digital channels, coordinate with creative teams, and optimise performance using data and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute 360° marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and campaign assets
• Manage campaign calendars, trackers, and launch coordination
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC) and optimise campaigns
• Conduct competitor research and market insight analysis
• Run growth experiments and pilot new marketing channels
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred)
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Good research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, Meta & Google dashboards, GA4 basics
