Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective members, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
- Explain WBF membership plans, benefits, events, and networking opportunities.
- Follow up with existing and potential members regularly.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets daily.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.
- Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp, email, or SMS after calls.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
