Job Description:
We are looking for a Paid Media Analyst to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, performance tracking, optimization, and reporting, along with hands-on experience in GTM and GA4 to drive ROI and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day campaign activities including the campaign setups, performance review, daily optimization, reporting & analysis
- 100% ownership of day-to-day campaign execution & reporting in a timely manner
- Must have a thorough understanding of GTM & GA4 implementation & troubleshooting
- identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI ensuring week-on-week target achievement
- Assist with campaign technical implementation and support troubleshooting.
- Create campaign reports
- Paid Media Analyst with relevant experience of at least 2 years (Google & FB)
- Skills in managing and manipulating data in Excel/Sheets.
- Knowledge of overall digital marketing and ecosystem
- Ability to ensure ownership & take responsibility
- Ability to understand the target audience and plan campaigns accordingly
- Able to drive inferences based on data
- Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Paid Media Analyst / Performance Marketing Executive
