Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Navi Mumbai. The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive footfall and sales across retail outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating in-store promotions, assisting with social media and digital marketing activities, creating basic marketing content, and working with store teams to implement local marketing initiatives. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, gathering customer insights, collaborating with external vendors or agencies when needed, and maintaining marketing calendars and reports. The Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency or strong interest in core marketing activities, including campaign coordination, event support, and brand promotion.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and online promotions; familiarity with analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare marketing briefs, reports, and simple content for campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site across retail locations as required, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with store teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated interest in sports, fitness, or active lifestyles, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfort using common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn retail and marketing tools.
- Prior experience or internship in retail or marketing is preferred but not mandatory; early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
