Job Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market planning and research, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing communications, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. The role involves analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, working on strategies to enhance the company's outreach, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education : MBA/ PGDM
- Experience : 0- 2 years ( Freshers are also welcome)
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, analyze data, and strategize effectively
- Proficient Communication abilities to craft compelling messages and effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Experience or skill in Sales and the ability to support business growth through client acquisition and retention techniques
- Solid foundation in Marketing, with knowledge of marketing techniques, tools, and platforms
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
