JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities to promote real estate projects, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute ATL campaigns (print, radio, hoardings, billboards)
- Handle BTL activities (events, kiosks, roadshows, pamphlets)
- Manage site branding and project promotions
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and channel partners
- Generate leads and support sales team
- Track campaign performance and ROI
Required Skills
- Graduate with 2–3 years of offline marketing experience
- Knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing
- Strong communication & vendor management skills
- Willing to travel in and out of coimbatore
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree must
2+ years of experience in real estate
