Role Description

This is a full-time Work From Anywhere role for a Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage campaigns, analyze market trends, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies (ATL, BTL & Digital)

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior

• Manage branding, campaigns, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

• Track campaign performance and generate insights

• Identify new market opportunities and monitor competition

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and campaign execution

• Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO, Ads)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset with ability to handle multiple projects

• MBA (Marketing) preferred

• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Experience in running marketing campaigns

• Understanding of web analytics and digital platforms

• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel
