Marketing Executive

ShipMate, a dynamic shipping agency providing top-tier maritime services. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to help expand our market reach and drive business growth.
Location: Batam, Indonesia
Employment Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships with the targeted market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Generate qualified leads, create quotation, and provide timely update to clients in the shipping agency process
- Execute marketing strategies to generate leads and expand the company’s presence
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram) and provide insights from them
- Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting and basic graphic design
- Support sales activities, including onsite visits as well as preparing proposals and presentations to clients
- Provide timely sales and marketing report and feedback to the Business Development Manager and coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and business development efforts
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and sales (preferably in the shipping/vessel agency)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Demonstrate creativity and business acumen
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Resides in Batam, Indonesia
