Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, fast-moving Marketing Executive to aggressively scale our brand visibility. Your main mission is to make SHFT-IN the top-of-mind co-living choice for working professionals through high-impact local positioning and modern brand campaigns.
You will drive maximum brand visibility by executing aggressive hyper-local campaigns, BTL activations, and offline marketing to build strong awareness around our properties. Your role involves securing strategic partnerships with corporates and local hubs to expand our footprint, while overseeing visual collateral to ensure all digital and offline content aligns with our premium brand identity. Additionally, you will plan and run high-engagement events and community initiatives that build organic buzz and traction.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, local activations, or growth.
- A proactive hustler who takes absolute ownership and moves fast.
- Sharp eye for modern, premium branding and aesthetic communication.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
