Key Responsibilities
1. Project Marketing
* Handle multiple projects at once
* Position correctly:
* Residential → lifestyle + pricing
* Commercial → ROI + rental yield

2. Creative Coordination
* Manage creatives for ads, social media, brochures
* Ensure accuracy (pricing, configs, location)
* Quick turnaround for offers and inventory push

3. Digital Marketing
* Run Meta & Google Ads
* Track CPL, lead quality, conversions
* Optimize campaigns based on performance

4. Vendor & Developer Coordination
* Coordinate with developers for data & approvals
* Manage vendors (printing, branding, agencies)
* Ensure timely and quality execution

5. Sales & CRM Alignment
* Ensure all leads are captured and assigned
* Track site visits and feedback
* Improve lead quality based on sales input

6. Broker Support
* Share WhatsApp creatives, PDFs, project info
* Keep brokers updated on pricing & inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
