Job Overview:
Rosa is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with a strong background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies within the real estate sector, along with the ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects (online and offline)
- Develop creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website content
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Work with designers and agencies to create compelling promotional materials
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
