Marketing Executive | Rockworth

Location: Noida | Experience: 1–3 years

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Marketing Executive to drive growth across our B2B and D2C business. This role combines e-commerce operations, analytics, content, and market intelligence, offering strong ownership and exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, coordination with developers, and 3PL partners
• Track performance through dashboards, reports, and customer analytics
• Build and manage online reputation, customer reviews, and engagement
• Create content, presentations, and email marketing campaigns (B2B & D2C)
• Support business development through market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification
• Develop client portfolios, map stakeholders, and identify target accounts

Key Skills Required

• E-commerce platform management & order lifecycle understanding
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), CRM tools, and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Content writing, copywriting & email marketing
• Social media management & online reputation management (ORM)
• Market research, competitor analysis & client profiling
• Basic understanding of 3PL / supply chain operations

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing / BBA with relevant experience
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or growth roles
• Exposure to B2B or corporate marketing preferred
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
