Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive, located in New Delhi. The Marketing Executive will execute market research, develop and implement market plans, and contribute to sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to campaigns that align with Regal Rexnord’s brand objectives. This role will focus on expanding market reach and driving results through strategic initiatives and effective communication in accordance with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives
- Strong Communication skills to build relationships and craft compelling messages
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and promote products effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and technology tools for market insights is a plus
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
