We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead B2B sales initiatives, institutional collaborations, franchise coordination, and business expansion activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of company strategies and operational standards.
Job Description
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Should execute strategies aligned with the company’s financial goals.
- Should represent and act on behalf of RedTeam Hacker Academy in discussions and meetings for collaborations with schools and college management.
- You are expected to generate sales of ₹3 lakh per month from the B2B segment. Meeting this target is crucial for your continued role in the company. Failure to achieve the set sales target may lead to termination of the contract.
- Provide support to enhance sales efforts across the branch. This includes collaborating with team members, strategizing on sales approaches, and contributing to overall branch performance.
- Responsible to execute and sign financial projects with the colleges already signed, MOU with any new collage or schools.
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods and expand business network.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
- Present products and services to prospective customers.
- Participate in industrial or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relations.
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competition within assigned region.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Manager.
- Visit Colleges and communicate with concern authority to implement our courses.
- Visit our franchise Center and monitor franchise are working as per our SOPS.
- Check Weekly reports of Franchise to meet our Goals.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Experience in EdTech, Training, or Institutional Sales will be an added advantage.
