Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Bilaspur. The Marketing Executive will oversee market planning, conduct detailed market research, and implement strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves engaging with sales teams, developing customer relationships, and ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective strategies
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams effectively
- Skills in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and coordinate promotional activities
- Ability to collaborate in team environments and adapt to dynamic market needs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant work experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
