Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing market research and market planning activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with sales teams to achieve goals, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The individual will contribute to expanding the company's market presence and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and Market Planning to analyze trends and devise effective strategies.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and manage key campaigns effectively.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment with a focus on achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends is a plus.
