- Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer Engagement
- Conduct market Research to understand customer Preferences, trends and Competitor Activities
- Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives, including Social Media, Email marketing and Paid advertising
- Coordinate with Creative team to design Promotional materials such as Brochures, flyers and Presentations
- Plan and participate in Events trade shows and Exhibitions to showcase the company’s Products/service
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through field visits, calls and networking
- Build and Nurture strong Client relation to promote loyalty and long-term Partnership
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations to Potential Customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed set targets
- Gather Customer Feedback and market insights to refine sales and Marketing strategies
Qualifications And Skills:
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing,
- Business administration or in a related field
- Proven experience in both marketing and field sales role
- Strong interpersonal, Negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collab in a fast-paced Environment
- Proficient in Marketing Tools, CRM System and Microsoft office suite
- Willingness to travel frequently for field work
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to Problem solving
