We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Office Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations.
🔹 About the Role
This position will act as the backbone of the marketing team, handling coordination, vendor management, reporting, and supporting marketing campaigns and events.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage backend reporting and maintain accurate lead data
✔ Coordinate with vendors (printing, creative, branding, etc.)
✔ Support marketing campaigns, activations & events
✔ Maintain calendars, documentation & campaign records
✔ Track campaign performance and prepare reports
✔ Ensure smooth communication between branches and the marketing team

✨ Excellent communication & coordination ability
✨ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
