About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who will support on-ground brand implementation, campaign execution, event coordination, vendor management, and daily marketing operations. This role is crucial for translating creative ideas and brand strategy into flawless on-site execution across OOH, retail branding, events, photoshoots, marketing materials, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
_On-Ground Branding & Execution:_
Ensure flawless execution of brochures, hoardings, standees, OOH, site branding, and collaterals
Coordinate with vendors, printers, fabricators, photographers, videographers
Inspect sites for compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards
Campaign Implementation:
Support the execution of ATL, BTL and digital campaigns
Assist in setting up teasers, hoardings, pre-launch branding, launch events
Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
Event & Shoot Coordination
Support events such as CP meets, customer events, handovers, shoot days and launches
Manage logistics, guest flow, vendor handling, branding setup
Coordinate creatives, props, references, stories for shoots as guided by the brand lead
Internal Communication & Documentation
Prepare campaign documentation, work-in-progress trackers, inventory sheets
Support brand presentations, mood boards, and reports
Assist in cross-functional coordination between sales, digital, pre-sales, and brand
Vendor Management & Quality Assurance
Manage quotations, approvals, and timelines
Ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality
Conduct quality checks for print, fabrication, and installations
Skills & Attributes:
Strong execution mindset and attention to detail
Good understanding of branding, visual aesthetics, and premium brand presentation
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines
Prior experience in real estate, events, branding, or production agencies preferred
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a plus
Strong communication & negotiation skills
