Job description
Job Title: Marketing Executive - Polystox
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for endtoend digital marketing execution for Polystox, with a strong focus on content, design, and performancedriven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a handson approach to drive B2B leads and brand awareness in the polymer industry.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation & design
Develop compelling marketing content: social media posts, campaign creatives, product writeups, and microcopy for ads, emails, and WhatsApp.
Create and adapt visual assets (static and carousel posts, banners, brochures, etc.) using tools such as Canva or similar design software to support campaigns.
Google & Meta ads
Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) aligned with Polystox's leadgeneration and brandawareness goals.
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS), optimise creatives and targeting, and present basic insights and recommendations to the marketing lead.
WhatsApp & email marketing
Build and execute WhatsApp and emailmarketing campaigns (promotions, product updates, event reminders, nurture sequences) for B2B stakeholders and distributors.
Manage basic segmentation, templating, reporting on open rates, clickthroughs, and engagement, and coordinate with sales/CRM teams for followup.
LinkedIn marketing
Support LinkedIn leadgeneration and content activities such as posting company updates, article snippets and campaign posts to strengthen Polystox's B2B presence business.
Help grow and engage the LinkedIn audience by coordinating with the marketing lead on content calendars and campaign themes.
Reporting & collaboration
Maintain regular campaign trackers and dashboards for ads, WhatsApp, and email; prepare short monthly reports on performance and key learnings.
Work closely with the marketing/sales team to align campaigns with business objectives, product launches, and industry events (e.g., Exhibitionrelated promotions).
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or as a marketing executive, preferably in B2B or industrial product's business.
- Solid skills in content writing, basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe tools), and handling Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email/WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the polymer/industrial sector or B2B marketing is a strong plus.
- Good communication skills, basic analytical ability and comfort working in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
