Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple marketing activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Support branding and business development initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned marketing projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
