Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute local marketing initiatives to support store footfall, brand visibility, and sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, tracking competitor activities, and supporting market planning aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves coordinating with store and sales teams on promotions, assisting with visual merchandising inputs for campaigns, and executing in-store and local outreach activities. The Marketing Executive will also prepare periodic marketing reports, analyze campaign performance, and maintain clear communication with regional and central marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Strong market planning and marketing skills, with the ability to support campaign execution and brand-building initiatives.
- Experience or training in market research, including collecting and interpreting customer and competitor insights.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Basic sales understanding and collaboration skills to support sales teams in achieving targets through marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
