Role OverviewWe’re looking for someone who’s genuinely excited about marketing — not just executing tasks, but understanding how a D2C brand grows from the inside. If you enjoy working with data, thinking critically, and getting involved across the entire marketing funnel, this role is for you.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team across multiple functions including performance, creatives, analytics and planning.
- Maintain and analyse data using Google Sheets for reporting, tracking and insights.
- Apply critical thinking to identify patterns, gaps and opportunities in marketing performance.
- Support execution of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (prior exposure is a plus)
- Assist in campaign planning, content coordination, and performance tracking
- Learn how a D2C brand operates end-to-end from traffic to conversion to retention
- Participate in brainstorming, testing, and optimisation across marketing processes
- Stay curious, proactive, and eager to improve systems and outcomes.
What You Bring :
- 2 years of experience in marketing (D2C exposure is a bonus).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets with an analytical mindset.
- Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High enthusiasm for marketing with willingness to learn fast and take ownership.
